TOP TIP teeth brushing

For some times now, I have been using a Brush-Baby BabySonic Electric Toothbrush every other evening on my dogs’ teeth. I heard about it in a group on Facebook and thought “that’s a good idea” and it is. It works on a battery and has a light as well, so you can see the back of the mouth. I use the brush with Virbac Enzymatic Toothpaste which was recommended by my vet.

The paste is poultry flavour and my dogs love it, they que up to have their teeth cleaned! The brush is about £12, it comes with a spare head and you can buy more. The paste about £10. I really find it has helped to reduce tartar build up on my dogs’ teeth.

  • I use a baby toothbrush on my Alfie’s teeth, with liver flavoured paste, yum yum! He just about tolerates it. I have a feeling he might freak out if I came anywhere near him with an electric brush, but I think it’s a brilliant idea and will give it some thought. Well done your dogs!

    • This tooth brush is battery operated and only vibrates a little bit you can also turn it on so that the light only is on. I have been using it on my dog for many years brushing her teeth every night before bed, it’s an amazing toothbrush. I use it with the bright bark and meow oral tooth gel that an animal dental specialist recommended and my dog is 16.5yrs and she has amazing teeth for her age.
