Lucca’s First Show

Club member Caroline Cockwell took her puppy (just 6-months) to his first show in Wales. She was amazed and thrilled to come away with the Best Puppy in breed rosette. Caroline was a little overwhelmed to go on to show little Lucca in the Puppy Toy Group later in the day, but did really well. What a great start for a new exhibitor, she must have thought she was dreaming. Caroline said, “apart from visiting Crufts this year to watch the Bolognese I had never been to a dog show before”. Caroline added, “I have been showing and breeding cats for 12-yrs so this was quite a change to what I am used to”.
