Lovely Bolognese Walk Round Southsea

There is so much to the area of Portsmouth called Southsea and a few Bolognese met up there on Sunday 28th of April for a MEET UP. We started at the boat pond, headed for the beach and then through the park, the rose garden and an oriental garden. After the walk, we chilled in the cafe and chatted about lots of doggy subjects, from feeding to anal glands!

The dogs played and run on the beach, it was a very pleasant way to spend a few hours.  Little Daisy came down from Hampshire, Teddy is also from Hampshire, Benson lived really nearby and Lily, Harry & Alfie from Bognor (just down the road). Daisy looked lovely in her Bolognese Bandana that she won at a previous MEET UP. Thanks guys for coming.

We run a raffle and raised £9 for club funds. Benson’s dad brought treats, so that got the attention of the dogs! There are more pictures from the day on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/BologneseDogClubUK.

Although it has always been a small get together, I’m sure we will do it again next year.

The next Bolognese MEET UP is in a few weeks in The Midlands at The Fleur De Lys picturesque pub on the banks of the Stratford Canal in Lowsonford. CLICK HERE for more information, or to book yourselves in. We are expecting more that 20 Bolognese at this MEET UP, so it’s going to be a big one!
