Fun Day for Reigate MEET UP

The MEET UP in Reigate was at the The Plough pub, where we have been for the last 3-years, its a lovely location opposite a village green. The landlady is used to us now and had a lovely table set up at the front of the pub in the shade. The food took a while to come, but that gave everybody time to catch up. This group has met several times before and some of the dogs are related. Its nice to see the oldies, Lily 14 years old, Gianna 13 years. Deana Mee brought her new puppy Flossy who was just 4-months, doing really well with lead training and socialization. Paul and his son Kush were with Mini & Gianna. Jenny brought Fizz and Fabio who were looking well and Greg & Vikki’s 2 boys Enzo & Dino looked really good and freshly bathed and groomed. Interestingly, Greg did a grooming course so he could keep his dogs looks fabulous. Thanks to John and his family Karen & Katrina who organized the table and brought their agility apparatus. The Twaite Bolognese is a girl called Bella which is a well suited name for her.

After lunch we had a little raffle where everybody chose a prize, the main prize went to Karen Twaites. We asked a nice guy to judge the competitions with some extra prizes. Fizz was Prettiest Girl, Enzo Handsomest Boy, Flossy Best Puppy and Gianna Best Veteran. We got together for a group picture on the green opposite where we also had a go at the doggy agility course.  Most of the dogs hadn’t really done agility before, so it was quite amusing. My boy Harry got over the highest jump and my older girl Lily did amazing well for her age including jumping the jump!

We were very lucky with the weather, dry warm, but not too hot and sunny. Thanks to everybody for making this MEET up so enjoyable and I hope to see you all next year.
