Sunny Day for Bella’s 12th Birthday
Our first Bolognese, Bella, is 12 years old today. She is well behaved, beautiful and normally very chilled out but can be quite stubborn at times. Preferring her own space, she can get very grumpy if it’s invaded. Bought as a pet we were encouraged to show her at club shows where she did well as a youngster despite never really taking to it. Being so well behaved we barely knew we had a dog in the house so we decided, with her breeder’s assistance, to breed from her so we could keep one of her puppies. We ended up keeping two – Bolognese are very addictive!
Today Bella has spent a lot of time sunbathing outside in the garden where she really enjoys keeping the doves and pigeons at bay. She loves being outside so much we often can’t get her back inside. She’s had a special dinner and a new toy.
