Give a Dog a Bath
Quick guide to bathing your Bolognese
- Make sure all knots are removed before bathing
- Use a spray of diluted conditioner to help relax tough knots
- Place an old towel on the bottom of the bath or a non-slip mat
- Saturate dog’s coat well before shampooing
- Dilute shampoo according to manufacturers instructions and apply evenly
- Rinse out shampoo thoroughly
- Cover the dog’s nose with your hand whilst rinsing the head area
- Towel dry
- Apply de-tangle spray and comb through the coat once again
- Dog shakes
- Allow the coat to dry naturally, or use a dryer on a cool setting
